iVib Screens are mostly used in a horizontal plain and have the ability to function at a frequency between 720-1440 RPM. They are suitable for polyurethane screen decks, wedge wire panels and woven wire tensioned screens. iBulk designs are carefully checked with FEA before proceeding to manufacture. The iVib permits installation at an incline for dewatering use as well as decline for sizing purposes. iBulk only uses certified carbon steel for this equipment and ensures stiffening is adequate for high G-Force usage.

Special high tensile hydraulically fastened bolts are used in the assembly of the iVib to ensure optimal fastening of all structures.

iVib Screens are mounted on specially designed rubber mounts to maximise isolation and eliminate vibration transfer to structures.

Advantages

  • The robust design ensures minimal maintenance requirements.

  • Amazing versatility of application it present to you the results of long experience in the design, manufacture and installation of vibrating screens.

  • The use of out-of-balance vibrating motors allows easy weigh adjustment to alter the centrifugal force applied to the screen.

  • Simplicity of design and reliable performance.

  • The vibrators are available in D.I.P. ratings thus permitting installation in these environmental conditions.

  • Wear-resistant materials are used on the key components to increase abrasion resistance and overall life.

  • Easy access to mechanical parts and quick screen changeover.

  • Low operation cost.

  • Multiple deck configurations.

Applications and Industries

  • Scalping

  • Sizing

  • Dewatering

The iVib has been utilised in the following industries:

  • Mineral Sands

  • Mining (gold, iron and coal)

  • Quarry and crushing

Installation

The iVib is supported by helical coil support springs or rubber compression springs. The screen is mostly driven by two electric out of balanced motors.

The screen can be installed in a horizontal, or inclined or declined position, depending upon capacity and headroom required.

Feed rates can be easily changed by adjusting the weight settings on the motor shafts to modify the stroke or by frequency inverter control if required
